It was very interesting to hear your explanation of how you came by your knowledge of how to fix a run down older structure, and install into them modern equipment. But all the knowledge in the world can’t help someone without ability, often specialized, unless a person has a certain set of abilities to start with, probably given at birth; and though many persons are given special abilities, often they have not the intelligence or know to find and exploit them, as you do.

Dear Leo,
I just wanted to shoot you a note to say hello. I actually think about you a lot simply because I see the evidence of your work every day. We still LOVE our bathroom… the family room is now a comfy relaxing place, no longer an embarrassing eyesore with the ceiling falling in… and seeing the new roof every time I drive up makes me smile. We have never regretted getting all that work done at once, and we have never regretted our choice to do business with you.
I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you again for working with us on these projects and for making our home a more pleasing place to live (not to mention significantly increasing the value of our home)!
